We provide our customers with an extensive line of construction, forestry, snow removal, and landscaping equipment in counties throughout Pennsylvania. We also serve surrounding communities with our 24-hour towing and hauling services. Our new facility in Warrington includes a state-of-the-art service department, an expansive equipment showroom, and a well-stocked parts counter, serving customers with all makes and models of heavy equipment and heavy-duty trucks alike.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain relationship with new and existing customers after equipment sale has been completed
• Educate customers on current service programs offered with their machines, Planned Inspections Program and Preventative Maintenance Programs
• Train JCB customers on the features and benefits of the LiveLink program
• Develop competitive price plans for the service contracts offered at Earthborne
• Assist in the sales process by attending customer meetings to provide a second point of contact and resource with the organization
• Act a liaison between the service and sales department and customers
• Reach out to customers who have been inactive for a year or more

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Sales Experience in Machinery, Service Contracts, or Equipment. Parts experience a plus
• Excellent time management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and ability to learn new software systems. CRM knowledge a plus (Salesforce, Copper, Etc)
• Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and various reporting methods.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
